I stayed one day in Mariott, and my stay was wonderful. The place was clean, and the room was comfortable. I took the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. They served a variety of food options, and the taste was excellent. The staff is professional, friendly, and extremely attentive. The customer service was excellent. The hotel staff allowed me to check in early without any additional cost. During my breakfast buffet, the chef helped me out with food options and ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The hotel was awesome. I stayed in the Suite room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating for all my requests. VINOD the deck manager was very helpful and arranged for our extended hours stay without any additional charges because the flight was in the evening. The breakfast buffet was great. Overall the staff service level was exceptional. Aniruddha who worked during breakfast waa very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport and Phoniex Market City mall.

Pooja in the recpection was simply great! She was really helpful, service minded and understood how you feel when you are tired from your journey! She really made a difference for our stay - thank you! The restaurant staff was a bit slow, but that was OK as we were not in a hurry. But needed to remind them a couple of times. Close to the airport and easy to get a cab/uber. Would for sure stay here again if we are travelling from Mumbai airport.

One of my favourite 5 star property. The staff from the entrance of the hotel are very welcoming. The check in process was very smooth. Ms Kajal assisted me till the room and explained me all the details. I was surprised to see that the room was decorated as requested and a lovely strawberry cake which was super yummy. The runway view was the best part since I am an aviation fan. Overall experience was really good.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay, excellent ! Location is good, very close to intl airport but it’s difficult to find even with the GPS. Difficult to find even for the taxi drivers, not known to many local people.
